The floating communication App is one of the many possibilities for a City App. In this case a container is placed at a floating foundation and rebuild as a Communication centre with internet and tablets. This floating communication app is easy to be moved. Because of its size it is easy to move it over small waters. Larger distances are possible by placing the App on a containership and move it to its next location. In this way the App can be reused in another location.
