The floating private islands are designed for Dubai. The exterior staircase connects the different terraces of the building including the roof terrace. The façade on the ground floor is openable which connects the interior and exterior. The island covered with sand which gives a beach feeling, also has a big pool, mooring place for a yaght and the possibility to enter the water.
